Austin Kim, the lead attorney at H&H Law, has been practicing immigration law and business law for over 16 years.  Prior to working for private law firms and joining H&H Law, Mr. Kim worked for the Business and Tax Division of the California Attorney General's Office. 

Mr. Kim earned his bachelor's degree from U.C. Irvine and earned his J.D. from University of Pacific McGeorge Law School. 

He has processed over 1,800 successful EB-5 cases and continues to be one of the leading EB-5 attorneys in California. 

Mr. Kim is a member of the California Bar Association and AILA.
